In this "Portion of the Body of CHRIST" we utilize many ways of keeping in unity with the Spirit of GOD as well as one another. This is accomplished through the use of various types of Assemblies held by the Church and conducted at the Center. These Assemblies provide for different needs that are required to be met either in accordance to the "Word of GOD" or fellowship doctrine. We as a family need to know exactly what, whom, how and where we stand as a part of the Body of CHRIST. We are commanded to redeem the time that the LORD has blessed us with wisely. This can be done if we use these Assemblies to learn how to Please, Serve and Glorify the LORD within us. There are several categories of Assemblies that are established for this "Portion of the Body of CHRIST". It is through the Center that we will try to offer or accommodate you in the use of these Assemblies.

As it is with all business conducted in the House of GOD, there must be a plan as to the type of Assembly you propose to have. This is submitted in your documentation packet, when requesting Facility Utilization. The Center can handle within the size and space limitations the following types of Assemblies:

SEMINARS:

Are Assemblies where standard information is provided for the Church across the board. They offer the opportunity to share, discuss, review, propose and recommend changes to Standards or Church policy. Through the Seminars, we have a joint platform for training, education, enlightenment and fellowship promote harmony throughout the Fellowship. They offer the best setting for large group and long term subjects to be served.

CONFERENCES:

To provide an Assembly whereby a specific subject or agenda of business is to be presented. This is normally attended by those individuals who are directly affected by decisions or solutions arrived at, during the Conference.

PROGRAMS:

To help present a specific goal, objective, policy or understanding for the Body. These Programs can be long term or short depending on the need. They provide an outline or guide to be followed as a standard throughout the Operation. Some Programs are only for the moment or to meet an immediate need.

FELLOWSHIP:

To bring about as much opportunity as possible for the Saints to grow closer as a Family. To insure that we do know them that labor among us in the Gospel. Building on the "Foundations of CHRIST", the unity that should exist in us all through love and understanding. This is what the World must see in the Body of CHRIST, the Love of GOD in every way and in every place.

SERVICES:

Are conducted to meet specific agendas for functions which are either required by GOD, by tradition or essential to the harmony of the family. They provide us the opportunity to "Please, Serve and Glorify the LORD. These Services should be geared towards promoting the Children of GOD to perfecting their relationship with GOD. It is important that the Children of GOD develop the right attitude when attempting to honoring the LORD. They must know the seriousness of each type of Service and what the main objective is.
