As is stated before, this Fellowship has a mission to be a BASE of OPERATION for the Children of GOD who are a part of this Work. It is important for us to understand that NO man is an Island unto him/herself. The LORD has provided a specific system to which we all must be on line with. There must be central facilities to operate from as we promote the Gospels of GOD/CHRIST. It is difficult to convince many who want to be "free-spirit" wanderers, who are NOT restricted to any kind of authority. Our Father has set a system whereby His Children are to be subject to Order and Structure. Often these individuals reject such a system and try to incorporate a "do it yourself" system.

From the beginning it has been our Father's Will that His Children remain in a Structured Operation where they can be serviced by his Ministers. The BASE of OPERATION is designed to support the Children of GOD as they develop from the beginning to the end. As the Children come and go they know that there is a point of origin, where they can go out from and return to. It is the mission of the Fellowship to insure that it is a BASE of OPERATION, for those who develop in this work and they who need to be enjoined to a Work. What is essential is that the BASE of OPERATION be established and the core of the overall Fellowship Operation.

The BASE of OPERATION, is the Fellowship Headquarters and NOT a Subordinate Operation. The HQ'S Staff provide the necessary support to insure all needs are being met, as is required of them. The primary directorate responsible for this mission is the Director of OPERATIONS. However, it is the NEUTRAL ZONE Coordinator who is tasked to make the BASE of OPERATION what it should be for all concerned. Through this office the needs of those who work from this BASE of OPERATION are to be met. The priority of the BASE of OPERATION, is directed according to this offer:
